Abstract

This research is entitled The Equity Principle in Construction Contracts for the Realization of Justice for Contractors (Case Study: Agreement between PT Prodia Widyahusada, Tbk. And CV. Rayana on the Work of Renovating the Prodia Cideng Building). This research describe and studies what the contract between PT. Prodia Widyahusada with CV. Rayana has reflected the principle of equality so that a contract that is just for the contractors is realized. The purpose of this study is to understand and know the contract between PT. Prodia Widyahusada with CV. Rayana has reflected the principle of fair equality for the parties to the contract. This type of research is normative legal research, namely research that examines the application of the principle of equality in a contract between PT. Prodia with CV. Rayana. Conclusions can be taken that the contruction contract has reflected the principle of equality.
