Abstract

This study is entitled Application of Good Service Principles in the Implementation of Population Administration in North Halmahera Regency Based on Law No. 30 of 2014 concerning Government Administration. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the implementation of Population Administration in North Halmahera district based on the principles of good service as regulated in the Government Administration Law and to know and analyze the obstacles faced in administering population administration in North Halmahera Regency, the process of collecting data conducted by interviewing heads of services for population registration, community members who manage population administration. The interview material and data management were analyzed and it was concluded that the principle of good service in accordance with the Government administration law at the Civil Registry Service in North Halmahera district had not been well elaborated.
