Abstract
This legal writing is about the house located on the space of river border in Siak River Pekanbaru. The problem formulation is whether the existence of the house on the space of river border in Siak River Pekanbaru is appropriate with Provincial Regional Regulation Riau Province Number 10, 2018. and what step the government take to resolve that problem. This legal reserch aims to find out, examine, and analyze the house located at the space of river border in Siak River Pekanbaru. This legas writing is an empirical reserch. Based on the result of this reserch, concluded that the house located on the space of river border in Siak River Pekanbaru is break Provincial Regional Regulation Riau Province Number 10, 2018 and nothing the government do untill now to solve that problem.
