Abstract
In 2019 Brunei Darussalam introduced a bill that make a controversy againts international law, which contain stone to death punishment for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender community. That bill is belief to be cruel and contravene with Universal Declaratioan of Human Right which highly protect human life and their choice about sexual orientation. With that bill, Brunei Darussalam got a lot criticism and progressive act from internasional organization including international prominent figure that demand cancellation to the bill. The method of this research is normative research. Normative research is a method that focuses on literature study which focuses on postitive law study. The result of this study show that the Brunei Darussalam bill legitimation is rejected internationally and the application of this bill will on hold.
