Abstract

This thesis discusses issues relating to the legal certainty of the transfer of ownership rights to land with a grant from an individual to a Muhammadiyah legal entity. The purpose of this thesis is to know the obstacle procedures and efforts to transfer ownership rights to land with a grant by an individual to a legal entity. This problem becomes the basis of normative legal research. This thesis is conducted with library research and interviews with speakers who are competent in their fields. The conclusion from the writing of this thesis is deductive, from the analysis of data that the transfer of ownership rights to land with a grant from an individual to a legal entity of Muhammadiyah has fulfilled legal certainty, the constraints contained in this problem are caused by the Muhammadiyah who has not fulfilled the conditions for transferring ownership rights over land because in the process of transferring ownership of the land has been carried out based on legislation, and the national land agency has made efforts in accordance with procedures.
