Abstract
The Palestinian-Israeli conflict is the longest-running conflict in the Middle East (apart from the crusade). For decades, this conflict has not met the best solution for both parties. Even there is still a military confrontation between Israel and Palestine until finally in 2020, Prime Minister Netanyahu plans to annex the West Bank. The purpose of this research is to determine whether Israel's act of annexing the West Bank (West Bank) Jordan River is an act that violates international law or not. The analytical method used in this research is juridical normative, where data is obtained from statutory regulations, books, journals, and the internet. The conclusion of this research is that Israel's plan to annex the West Bank of the Jordan River is against international law because annexation is the incorporation of a territory of another country by force or coercion into the territory of the annexing country.
