Abstract

RSUP Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro is a govermental hospital that employ contracted nurse to comply with the hospital's needs when its in adequate of employee. Contracted nurse has their right and obligation which equal with another nurse included get monthly services fee. However in RSUP Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten there were contracted nurse that didn't get their services fee appropriately. Though this matter was arranged in the Keputusan Direktur Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Dr.Soeradji Tirtonegoro Nomor : Ku.05.04.08.01.377 about Management of Finance of the Public Hospital of Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro. This research is an empiric research that need primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained from field research and from library references. Besides that data obtained from. qualitative analysis by which inductive method consider. Right and obligation of the contracted nurse do not arrange certainly in work contract, then it caused there was medical doctor measure that suppose to be done by doctor was done by nurse only through orally delegation. Everytime doctor delegated their job to the contracted nurse there were not in written command. There was awareness of the contracted nurse to make a note about all duties that delegated to them.
