Abstract

Bank Rakyat Indonesia Putusibau is one of the banks that run Credit People's Business, but in fact the Bank Rakyat Indonesia Putusibau there are some cases debtors about delays in paying back the loans, causing the existence of substandard loans in granting the People's Business Credit with no collateral at the beginning of the first semester. This study aims to find remedies against debtors Micro Business Loan People that do not implement the obligation to pay the installment after 120 days. Data obtained from literature and field either orally or in writing, then directed, discussed and given an explanation by using qualitative methods, a presentation method that produces descriptive data analysis. This means that data from the research literature and field research into data presented in the form of a series of sentences in a logical and systematic rather than based on the figures. Conclusion of the study is, to settlement of the debtor Micro Business Loan People who do not carry out obligations to pay installment after 120 days, Bank Rakyat Indonesia Putusibau give a warning letter first, second, third to the fourth point for borrowers who pay off the loan immediately. Warning letter is sent four times, ie once a week within 1 month. In the event the debtor does not respond to a written warning, Bank Rakyat Indonesia Putusibau file a claim with the Public Companies and Business Development Support Credit Insurance Indonesia).
