Abstract
In this modern era,there are many companies that active in many work’s sectors. From almost all of that company has the company’s regulation that is being regulated again in job contract. That contract job is binding, between the employer and the worker. Otherwise,elements in that job contract consists of wages,work and order. that has been job contract created should be obeyed by both parties because the job contract is being made by the consent of both parties. Just like the existence of Pacta Sunt Servanda principle means that a treaty should become the law for both parties inside of that treaty.In fact inside of the society has been found deviation on the job contract by the employer.It caused by the different position between both.The employer that has the capital have stronger position and weaker position.Inside of the job contract there is also governing element and under governed.The terms under governed in here that became the cause of the worker have to bow down by the party that governed and that is the employer.The explanation above could be found in\ PT.Esham Dima Mandiri,Yogyakarta. By the existence of that indicator,the writer conducted the research in that company to know about waging in that company.From the result of this research,the writer got the result that this company has already done the deviation to the job contract about paycheck is not given to the worker and the deviation of not giving the overtime pay to the worker.
