Abstract
Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) is a land registration activity simultaneously and is the first time for all land registration objects in Indonesia with the aim of granting certificates en masse, especially to help the middle-level economy as well as the lower-level economy as an effort to realize good governance. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the implementation of the policy PTSL in Prambanan district, Sleman regency. This research is an empirical legal research. The data analysis method used is qualitatively in the form of opinions, information or explanation from the respondent, and or other data that can be quantified in tabular form, then analyzed and concluded logically using the inductive method. In general, program implementation of PTSL is quite smooth in Sumberharjo and Wukirharjo villages, Prambanan district, Sleman regency. Although there are several main shortcomings faced namely the lack of juridical data collectors, many land owners live outside Special Region of Yogyakarta thus hindering the process of soil identification and Covid-19 pandemic which results in PTSL activities being less than optimal.
