Abstract
This legal writing is about the implementation of Law Number 2 of 2012 concerning Land Acquisition For Public Use at Cisumdawu Toll Road, especially about how the compensation work. The formulation of the issue is the submission of compensation for the land with Freehold Title in land acquisition for the construction of the Cisumdawu Toll Road Section 5A in Cacaban Village, Conggeang District, Sumedang Regency, West Java in accordance with Law Number 2 of 2012 concerning Land Acquisition For Public Use. The data analysis method that used in this study is a qualitative research. From the result of the study, the process of land acquisition and giving the compensation use the same method as in the law. But for the process of giving the compensation in construction of the Cisumdawu Toll Road, the application of Law Number 2 of 2012 concerning Land Acquisition For Public Use is not completely applies.
