Abstract
The title of this research is Implementation Of Green Open Space Provisions Based On Palu City Perda No 26 Year 2011 Concerning Palu City Rtrw 2010- 2030 By The Palu City Regional Government. The implementation of the green open space provisions of Palu City has been regulated in Palu City Regional Regulation Number 26 of 211 concerning the RTRW of Palu City in 2010-2030. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the provisions of the Palu City Green Open Space carried out by the Palu City Government. The author uses an empirical legal writing method that focuses on normative legal provisions and empirical facts that occur. The conclusion of this study The implementation of the policy of providing green open space has not been carried out in accordance with Perda no. 26 of 2011 concerning the RTRW, this is evidenced by the total area of green open space in Palu City which is still below 30% and does not meet the requirements for green open space as written in the regulation
