Abstract

The title of this thesis is Law Enforcement against Business Buildings on the Coastal Border Area of Teluk Penyu Cilacap Beach according to Cilacap Regency Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2021. The issues studied are related to the implementation of the regional spatial plan as stipulated in Cilacap Regency Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2021 on the existence of business buildings located on the coastal border area of Teluk Penyu Cilacap Beach. The purpose of this study is to be able to find out how law enforcement against business buildings on the coastal border area of Teluk Penyu Cilacap Beach according to Cilacap Regency Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2021. This thesis uses an empirical methods which are research that focuses on social facts that are carried out directly to respondents and sources to obtain primary data and secondary data. The conclusion of this thesis is that the law enforcement of business buildings on the coastal border area of Teluk Penyu Cilacap Beach according to Cilacap Regency Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2021 has not been realized properly. This can be seen from the many business buildings located on the coastal border area of Teluk Penyu Beach that do not have a permit and are not in accordance with the spatial plan.
