Abstract
This research focuses on the problem of changing the function of agricultural land into toll roads that occur in the village of Margodadi, Sayegan sub-district. This research covers the processes carried out by the central government, local governments to the people affected by the land acquisition, also wants to know what obstacles occur in the process of changing the function of the land. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the Land and Spatial Planning Office of the Sleman Regency has followed the regulations according to the legislation like what happened in the Margodadi Village, but the obstacles that are felt are different, namely the Land and Spatial Planning Office has obstacles in the form of determining land for road alignment. toll. while the obstacle felt by the village office was the unpaid TKD (village treasury land).
