Abstract
The legal case in legal writing is what giving a granting substitutions for project to revitalization Pengging Tourist Resort in Banyudono Boyolali have given law protection the land utilization for the land based on President Regulation 36/2005. The purpose of this legal writing is to know and to analize wether giving subtitution of detriment for revitalization Pengging Resort in Banyudono Boyolali have realized the law protection to the land utilization for the land which is use for the land supplying. This legal writing use legal empirical researched method which is the research directly conducted to the responden. Data from the research is being analized with descriptive way like discribing object or problematicby giving a very detail data about human and situation and the other venomenon and than making decissionby qualitation analizing with the other data's which is helped with inductive thinking method that is way of thinking consider by the facts from specialy to generaly. The result that has been got from this legal writing is doing granting substitutions in land suplaying for Revitalization Pengging Resort in Banyudono Boyolali have given law protection according to President Regulation 36/2005 with law protection by giving money in account at BPD Bank in Boyolali that suitable with general general price in Banyudono Boyolali so the ex land owner didt'n less in economic. Advice for this legal writing is sure Tourism Departement as the want who need the land asking permission for using right on it's land by administration to Land Departement to stop an ilegal owner for the land by the society and the local govermentwho are include in land supplying should have a completed and specific data about land suplying
