Abstract

This research is entitled Implementation of Agricultural Land Lease Rights on Ownership in North Morowali, Central Sulawesi Province. This study aims to find out what the mechanism for the Implementation of Agricultural Land Lease Rights on Ownership is in North Morowali. The research method in this paper uses empirical legal research methods. Empirical legal research is research that focuses on social facts. Respondents in this study were residents of the village of Tontowea. The results of the research on the Implementation of Agricultural Land Lease Rights in the village of Tontowea were carried out according to the agreement between the owner and the tenant purely because it was based on trust. The implementation of Agricultural Land Lease Rights is not only carried out by paying a sum of money, but can be in the form of rent and profit sharing because it cannot be separated from the traditions of the people from generation to generation.
