Abstract

In writing this law thesis titled “GIVING THE RIGHT OF TENURE OF A BUILDING UPON THE RIGHT ORGANIZING IN ORDER TO CREATE ASSURANCE OF LAW AND PROTECTION OF LAW BASED ON GOVERNMENT REGULATION NO. 24, 1997 IN BATAM CITY, RIAU ARCHIPELAGO PROVINCE”. The purpose of this research is to acknowledge whether Giving the Right of Tenure of a Building upon the Right Organizing has been put in practice of assurance of Law and Protection of Law based on Government Regulation No. 24,1997 in Batam City, Riau Archipelago’ Province. The method used in this research is empirical legal research which means research focused on Law in Action which need primary data as a main data beside the secondary data (Material of Law). Based on research that had been done, that Law aspect upon the Right Organizing the developmental authority of Batam Island’s Industry Area (Batam Authority) at last form Right of Ground Law with all its aspects that is as what has written down in Basic Agrarian Law No. 5, 1960 and other regulations. Right Petition and the Right of Tenure of a Building upon the Right Organizing especially in Batam Island land matters office in practicing the law appropriate with recommendation; letter of attorney, determining sketch location, letter decision land allocation including period time of (Authority Annual Basic Fee) made of developmental authority of Batam Island’s Industry Area (Batam Authority). It’s means the basic of process of Right Petition and the Right of Tenure of a Building upon the Right Organizing that been used are issued by developmental authority of Batam Island’s Industry Area (Batam Authority)
