Abstract

Shopee is an e-commerce application platform where the application provides a place for buying and selling between sellers and buyers. Shopee, based on the 2022 Ipsos survey, is the number 1 application most used by Indonesians, with 54% of users throughout Indonesia. Shopee itself has a system application called Shopee Express whose goal is to become a delivery courier for sellers to the hands of buyers. Shopee here is also responsible for Shopee Express where the application creates a standard online agreement that is used to provide responsible services to consumers/buyers against wrong deliveries. The terms and agreements of the Shopee itself have been made from the start by the authorities from the Shopee platform so that when a buyer or new user wants to use the services of the application, they must read and agree to all of these rules. On the part of Pt Shopee itself obeying the rules that have been issued by government regulation 80 of 2019 article 64 paragraph 1 where it says that every goods delivery service must be responsible for the goods it sends to buyers so that the rules in the shopee application say that if a delivery error occurs, then the shopee will be responsible for providing new items to the buyer or the second option is to return the money from what the buyer has purchased.
