Abstract
The existence of land as a fulfillment of needs is an integral part that cannot be separated to carry out development towards the life of a society that has a prosperous life and advances the country's economy. Therefore, the problem that arises is how to implement Government Regulation Number 20 of 2021 regarding Utilization & Control of Abandoned Land Derived from Cultivation Land through the granting of property rights to realize Agrarian Reform in Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province. This research was conducted empirically, namely conducting field studies by conducting interviews and literature studies. The result is that the implementation has been carried out in the implementation of Land Redistribution using Abandoned Land Originating from Alfa Glory Indah Company. However, the implementation of the abandoned land inventory has not been effectively carried out so far. Therefore, the suggestion for the future is that inventory activities of indicated abandoned land must be carried out routinely and it is also necessary to conduct socialization with the community regarding the importance of reporting if there are indications of abandoned land.
