Abstract
Human always need land to do activities, a place to do business and build houses. The land is divided into two categories, namely agricultural land, and non-agricultural land. Agricultural land is used by humans for agriculture and farming. Nonagricultural land can be used for buildings, houses, and place to build businesses. The use of agricultural land is often convered into non-agricultural land, therefore the amount of agricultural land is decreasing. This thesis discusses the implementation of the use of agricultural land to become non-agricultural land for restaurant business places in accordance with Badung Regent Regulation Number 9 of 2021 concerning the Detailed Spatial Plan for North Kuta District 2021-2041. The implementation of the use of agricultural is regulated regarding the zones that are allowed.
