Abstract

CSR and PROPER are unavoidable demands along with the emergence of community demand towards corporate. There is consideration of corporate that the succeefulness in achieving purpose is not merely influenced by merely internal factor, instead it is also influenced by the community existing in surrounding. In this matter there is change of relation between the corporate and community. Corporate of which initially posits itself as the donator through charity event and philanthropy (humanism), nowadays has posited community as partner of which participate in share in living existence of corporate and as a strategy CSR is conducted has role as milestone to achieve the successfulness in conducting its activity. CSR is the main part of business in Sari Husada, thus CSR is included in strategic plan of corpotate. CSR is not merely a tolerance towards environment and social issue, however it also concerns on how corporate governance is manifested in the implementation of policies that supports the comanditer management more professionally and has responsibility to insurance the loyalty and obedience fully towards the legal regulation (beyond compliance) and existing working ethic more appropriately. Sari Husada is also one of the operators of business activity of which has limited liability company shape obliged in the regulation of Act Number 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Company to conduct CSR activity of which is the future saving for the corporate to gain profit. This research purposed to gain data by shape of result of research and also information on the implementation of corporate social responsibility program (CSR). PT. Sari Husada has been able to effectively conduct or not, whether this program has function for society living in surrounding nearby the location of corporate, what efforts conducted thus it gained Green Proper. In conducting analysis of this research, the author used empirical research method. i.e. a research focused on legal society behavior (law in action) by conducting approach towards the studied problem, as primary data as main data in addition of secondary data (legal source) by studying, compiling, and also looking for any books that support this research. Result of this research is the implementation of corporate social responsibility program (CSR) conducted by PT. Sari Husada Yogyakarta has been effectively and continuously conducted in community empowering field thus it has been able to gain Green Proper, and overwhelm barriers faced in the implementation of CSR program.
