Abstract

The title of this thesis is the Implementation of Interna Rationae and Externa Rationae Principle in Diplomatic Relation Between States Based on Vienna Convention 1961. The legal issue of this thesis is how the implementation of Interna Rationae and Externa Rationae principle in Diplomatic Relation based on Vienna Convention 1961. Then the aims of this thesis are: firstly, to know about the implementation of Interna Rationae and Externa Rationae principles in Diplomatic Relation between states based on Vienna Convention 1961. Secondly, this thesis is made as completion of the prerequisite for graduate. The method used in the research for this thesis is normative legal research by using deductive principle. The results of this research are: that the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relationship 1961 regulates about the protection for the Diplomatic Mission either in the premises or in the private residences. That regulation should be applied in the practice today and in the future, because it is important to protect the premises and the private residence to support the fluency and function of Diplomatic Mission. But in some cases the protection which should be given by the Receiving State did not be applied properly. It is shown by the violation happened to the Diplomatic Mission in some Receiving States. As responsibility act, some Receiving States confessing its fault and apology for it to the Sending State in formal or informal way.
