Abstract

Implementation of land compensation for Land Acquisition for the Indramayu Regency Petrochemical Complex Project. Law Number 2 of 2012 concerning Land Acquisition for Public Interest, is a law that discusses how land acquisition activities that will later be used for public purposes must be carried out, land acquisition activities for public purposes that were previously carried out often gave rise to problems. which is detrimental to society because it pays attention to the laws that have been determined. Because of the community losses caused by previous land acquisition, this will then lead to resistance to land acquisition because the community is afraid that this will harm them. The purpose of this article is to find out how compensation for land acquisition for the Petrochemical Complex Project is implemented. Such as the form of compensation, assessment of compensation, and the stages of implementing compensation, especially in Sukaurip Village. This legal research is empirical legal research, namely legal research where the author goes directly to the field to interview residents affected by the land acquisition for the PetrochemicalComplex Project. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of land acquisition carried out by the government is largely in accordance with applicable laws, only at the compensation assessment stage by the Public Appraisal Services Office (KJPP) Abdullah Fitriantoro and Partners Jakarta did not pay attention to the assessment elements regulated in Article 33 and the principles regulated in Article 2 of Law Number 2 of 2012 concerning Land Acquisition for Public Use, apart from that, the deliberations held in Sukaurip Village were not attended by all land owners.
