Abstract

High human mobility is followed by the advancement of transportation technology in the form of increased transportation. The advent of an electric scooter as a practical and efficient vehicle as a transporter of people now busy on public roads, as it has power to run at any rate that is generated in the case of human power. As for the excess of the transports it gave rise to the understanding that this vehicle includes a motor vehicle with new innovations. As to the status of an electric scooter is included as a motor vehicle or does not need further identification according to existing rules and realities. To this case, this thesis research method USES normative-that is, describes and describes systematically the problem, according to current laws followed by data collection research using the document study. Based on this, the data obtained is juxtatively analysed to prove the reality in existence based on the study obtained as an explanation of the issues discussed. The conclusion the writer has is that an electric scooter is an innovative vehicle produced by a conventional motor scooter.
