Abstract

2023 PTSL activities have been carried out in Sorong City, Klaurung District, Klasuat Village and Giwu village. The completion of Systematic Land Registration Activities is also one of them agenda set by the City of Sorong, in order to assist the people of Sorong City in registering their land rights, in order to obtain legal certainty. That The focus of this research is Complete Systematic Land Registration Activities program which will be implemented in 2023 in Giwu Village and Klasuat Village, Sorong City, Southwest Papua Province. In this research. The author can conclude that implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration Activities by The Sorong City Land Office has been implemented in good stages in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency Number 6 of 2018 in Article 4 paragraph (4). In this research the author provides advice to the Land Office in counseling is carried out more frequently, not just once to the community, more through and understand land division and can carry out good activities: Complete Land Registration Activities Systematically.
