Abstract
This study discusses the right to education for people with physical disabilities in getting adequate accommodation as students in inclusive education at the high school level with studies in Bantul Regency. The problem raised in this study is the application of the right to education for persons with physical disabilities to obtain adequate accommodation and the obstacles experienced in its implementation. The methods used are primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The results of the study obtained data that the implementation of educational rights for people with physical disabilities in inclusive schools at the high school level has been implemented by educational organizing institutions in Bantul Regency in accordance with the applicable norms in the Regulation of the Governor of the Special Region of Yogyakarta Number 77 of 2022 and the obstacles experienced by the organizers in providing adequate accommodation to people with physical disabilities in inclusive education at the high school level are the number of special assistance teachers who disproportionate to the number of students with disabilities, there are differences in application between educational institutions, and the nominal income of special assistance teachers who are not prosperous in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.
