Abstract
The research problem addressed in this study is the implementation of BPJS Employment for employees at SD Mardi Yuana Bogor. This study uses normative law with interviews as a complement to secondary data. The conclusion is that the implementation of BPJS Employment at SD Mardi Yuana Bogor has not been fully realized. Field facts indicate that only fifteen (15) permanent employees have been registered and are participants in BPJS Employment, while Twelve (12) have not been registered in the BPJS Employment Program. SD Mardi Yuana Bogor should register the remaining employees in the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Program. Other employees at SD Mardi Yuana Bogor should request to be enrolled in BPJS Employment by the Mardi Yuana Foundation because they have the same rights as permanent employees.
