Abstract

Implementation of land registration through Complete Systematic The Land Registration Program (PTSL) is a land registration activity policy for the first time that was carried out simultaneously for all land registration objects the entire territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia in one village/sub-district land area created by the Indonesian Government. Complete systematic soil The registration program (PTSL) aims to provide legal certainty and legal protection.The type of legal research carried out is Empirical Research. Where research focuses on social facts. This research focuses on primary data as main data and supported by secondary data. Complete Implementation Systematic Registration (PTSL) in Sintang Regency is appropriate with the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning Planning/Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2018 concerning Complete Systematic Land Registration.
