Abstract

The state has obligations, namely one of which is to provide public services to ensure the fulfilment of the basic rights of the community, and this is regulated by the law. Good governance of good service governance in Indonesia is regulated through Law Number Year 2009 on Public Services (Public Service Law). This research uses empirical legal research method with qualitative approach. Ombudsman RI D.I. Yogyakarta as an institution to supervise public service delivery in accordance with the case. supervisor of public service delivery in accordance with the case reviewed in this study has a strategic role in following up public reports related to alleged maladministration follow up on public reports related to alleged maladministration in the procurement of pedestrian boxes by PT. Jasamarga Jogja-Bawen. In the case of procurement of pedestrian box goods for the Jogja-Bawen toll road project, maladministration of undo delays carried out by the organiser, within this case is PT Jasamarga Jogja- Bawen is considered slowly to respond to public complaints regarding changes to the pedestrian box. The existence of the Ombudsman RI D.I. Yogyakarta encourage PT. Jasamarga Jogja-Bawen to accelerate the process of completion of the change in the size of the pedestrian box.
