Abstract

The thesis is entitled "Public Services at Panembahan Senopati Regional Hospital Seen from the Principles of Speed and Affordability of Service Costs". Public services are a series of activities to meet community needs, especially in the field of health services. The aim of public services is to provide convenience, justice and quality services to all levels of society, including speed and affordability of services. The research method used is empirical legal research, namely research that focuses on social facts. This research was conducted directly with sources to obtain primary data as main data and supported by secondary data. The results of the research show that the implementation of public services at Panembahan Senopati Hospital is currently running relatively well and in accordance with the principles of speed and affordability of service costs, although there are still obstacles and problems in providing health services to the community. society, for example land. and limited space, unprofessional human resources and achievement of indicators that have not become a top priority in hospital management.
