Abstract
This study titled Analysis of Financial Independence in New Autonomic District on the Implementation of District Autonomy. The objective is to understand level of financial independence of a new autonomical district concerning financial help from central goverment to support implementation of district autonomy. Object in this study is Pringsewu District. This district is new autonomic district recently exist at 2008 and located in Lampung Province. This study used normative research methodology which is analyze about legal regulation. This study analized Regulation Area of Pringsewu District concerning responsibility of financial realization in implementation of districk autonomy. Financial analyze in Pringsewu is very important to measure performance Pringsewu District’s Goverment on increased district income and to understand size of financial aid from central government to help implementation of district autonomy. Result of the study showed that contribution from real district income of Pringsewu in total district income is very minute, only 2,8% and taxation dividend and not-taxation 8,8%. Meanwhile aid from central goverment compared to total district income is very huge that is 84%. This study concluded that Pringsewu District’s finance still not autonomous because aid from central goverment is very dominant in implementation of district autonomy of Pringsewu.
