Abstract
Present legal writing has related with discipline enforcement on regional publicofficer due to provision on in-work and work hour at social departments of Yogyakarta Special Province. Present writing is intended for assessing and examines the discipline enforcement over regional public-officer due to provision on in-work and work hour at social departments of Yogyakarta Special Province and identifies sanction will be verdict. The writing formats took form empirical law writing complimented with primary data as main data and secondary data as supporting. The result reveals that discipline enforcement has effectively implemented as Provincial Regulation No. 37, Year 2012 on Public Officer Discipline. This can be perceived through specific sanction for each violation, particularly in-work and work hour, which remain refer to Provincial Regulation No. 37, Year 2012 on Fee Bonus for officer. For improving discipline on public officer in Social department of Yogyakarta Province, Regulation No 52, Year 2010 on Public Officer Discipline is fully implemented, particularly due to violation on in-work and work hour.
