Abstract

In this development era, the government should fulfill the wealth of its citizens, including the workers wealth. The concrete example is by done the workers social assurance of occupation accidents and health occupation. That background brought the writer into two questions: Why CV Pandanus Internusa Yogyakarta did not follow workers social assurance, and how is the workers social assurance of occupation accidents and health occupation in CV Pandanus Intemusa Yogyakarta. To find the data about those following problems, the normative legal research by accumulating the primary and secondary legal sources has been done by the writer. The data has been analyzed by using the qualitative measurement, and took us to the conclusions that every company should follow the workers social assurance because it is so important for the workers and the companies. In fact, there are some companies that did not follow that assurance because the lack of socialization and the workers still think that the membership of the workers social assurance harmless because their salary should be cut; CV Pandanus Internusa Y ogyakarta has done the workers social assurance of occupation accidents and health occupation well, they have given the erection that is compulsory based on chapter 14 (b) Act No.1, 1970 and they also give the workers safety tools such as glasses, masker, and gloves.
