Abstract

The title of this research is : The Responsibility of Privat Hospital On Medical Care For Increase The Right of Poor Patient. Hospital responsibility is foremost in providing health services to the community. Legal writing is about the responsibility of the Hospital, in particular Private Hospital or a Limited Liability Corporation in providing health care to patients unable to. Patients are consumers of health care services provided by the Hospital, where his position as consumers are also protected by Rule Legislation. Patient's own rights must be considered in conjunction with health services provided. Patients are often unable to receive different treatment in receiving health services. This issue is of concern where the regulations, Private Hospital or a Limited Liability Corporation aims for profit in providing health services. Meanwhile, on the other hand the principles and objectives of the Hospital itself is to a social function. Social function as the principle and objectives of the Hospital to be contrary to the Private Hospital search aimed at profit.
