Abstract

This thesis is talking about implementation of occupational safety and health for women workers who work at Golden Manyaran Semarang Company. There are one problem which would be elaborated. The problem is discussed about implementation of occupational safety and health for women workers who work at Golden Manyaran Semarang Company. The purpose of this research is finding out the implementation of occupational safety and health for women workers who work at Golden Manyaran Semarang Company. Research method using the method of empirical research literature with data collection and interviews. Respondents used for research is seventy (70) women workers in the production. Sources in this thesis are Manager Production and Head of Personnel Section. The methods of analysis is using inductive methods. In this thesis, there has been found one result of the research. It is implementation of safety and health for women workers who work at Golden Manyaran Semarang Company has been run pretty good. This is because the company has been implementing labor regulations. Nevertheless, there are some implementation of occupational safety and health are less than the maximum, such as job training is only given at the beginning, there is no doctor and transportation which is standby in case of work accidents, also there is no air conditioner in every room of production.
