Abstract
The title of this research is Health Right for Female Labor that Working Night Day in Predator Billiard Sport Centre Yogyakarta. The purpose of this research was to find out, gain data and comprehend impeding factors in giving health right to female workers who work overnight in Predator Billiard Sport Centre Yogyakarta. Method of research used was empirical legal research that focused on legal social behavior (law in action). Empirical legal research used primary data, i.e. observation, interview and questionnaires that was conducted by random sampling by lottery random system and secondary data i.e. primary law by the shape of positive laws. Primary legal source was vertically systematized by subsumption legal principles, thus it gained Lex Superiori Derogate Legi Inferiori principles and horizontally used exclusive legal reasoning principles to gain Lex Spesiali Derogate Legi Generali principle. The result of this research shows it has not yet all of female workers' health rights that are regulated in legislations concerning on the female workers' health rights have been complied by the employers of Predator Billiard Sport Centre Yogyakarta; i.e. providing nutrient foods and beverage, shuttle service, separated bathroom/toilet, rights of annual leaf, monthly leaf, permit of menstruation sickness, health facilities, security facilities, and payroll accounting, inexistence of written agreement. The providing of health rights has not maximally been given by reason of impeding factor, i.e. from the part of workers tends to emphasize financial instead of health, the employers give reasons of demanding more profits, and government gives reason that less amount of supervisors is not equal to the great number of companies. The conclusion of this legal writing is that fulfilment of female workers' right of health that work overnight in Predator Billiard Sport Centre Yogyakarta has not maximally been conducted, by reason of any barriers of workers, employers, and government.
