Abstract
The title of legal research is Synchronization and Harmonization of Regulation Legislation Against Public Participation In Provision of Compensation for Land Acquisition for Public Interest. This legal research aims to identify and assess the synchronization and harmonization of legislation on public participation in the provision of compensation for land acquisition for the construction of public interest so that a decent and fair. The method used in this study is a normative legal research methods which focus on setting about the public participation in the provision of land for public interest. The legal approach is the approach of legislation, the historical approach and the political approach. The analytical method used is the method of qualitative analysis by applying the five tasks dogmatic jurisprudence is positive law description, systematization of positive law, positive law analysis, interpretation of positive law and positive law judge. Act No. 2 of 2012 on Land Procurement for Development for the Public Interest and the Presidential Decree Number 71 Year 2012 on Land Procurement for Development Maintenance For the Public Interest has not been in sync and harmony. Arrangements regarding the role of the community rights over land in the second rule did not meet the expected public sense of justice and the principle of awarding qualifications in losses .
