Abstract

The influence of the implementation of the Minimum wage Kabupaten/Kota to the fulfillment of necessities of life are worth (KHL) for workers.(Studies on: PT Modernland Realty, Tbk – Business Unit: The Modern Golf Tangerang) is an empirical research. This research aims to find out and analyze the effect of the implementation of the Minimum wage Kabupaten/Kota to the fulfillment of necessities of life are worth for workers, particularly workers at PT. Modernland Realty, Tbk – Business Unit: The Modern Golf Tangerang to know and analyze the factors that inhibit and supports the determination of the UMK in fulfilling the KHL for the workers of PT. Modernland Realty, Tbk – Business Unit: The Modern Golf Tangerang. This research uses the political approach of law and sociology of law. legal materials being used is the primary legal material Constitution, Tap MPR, law, government regulations, other rules under the Act, the secondary legal materials include: books of law-related titles including thesis or thesis, law journals, the opinions of scholars, legal case. Data processing and legal analysis carried out inductively. Research and discussion of the results show that these workers argue that the influence of the implementation of this has influence low UMK in fulfilling the KHL because of 8 components that could only meet the 4 components even less than 4 components for daily needs so that it can not make sufficient UMK basic needs of workers and especially the workers had married and had `children, and there are factor that support and hinder from the Government and Corporate Parties in the fulfillment of the KHL.
