Abstract

This thesis talks about the management responsibility of the consumer in terms of parking motor vehicles lost in Magelang regency . Problem formulation of this thesis is How Responsibility parking business to consumers in terms of loss of motor vehicle in Magelang regency. The type of this thesis is empirical research conducted namely research focuses on the behavior of the legal community . This research was conducted directly to the respondent as the data supported primarily by secondary data consisting of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials . In this thesis should contain about the sense of responsibility that is given by the park manager if consumers lose their vehicles , particularly in the district parking magelang. Manager should compensate even replace lost motor vehicle in the parking area but this is not done by the parking management in the district parking magelang.manager only help look for and report to the police if there is a motor vehicle consumer protection laws lost. Law number 8 of 1999 on consumer protection governing the rights and obligations of both consumers and good actors usaha.But park managers and consumers do not know about it , so that the government 's role as supervisor and supervisor of the law - this law is necessary, for the members to the public awareness of their rights as consumers and awareness to the parking management duties and responsibilities when there is loss of motor vehicles lost .
