Abstract
This study aims to determine the public perceived, trust and community awareness about the activities of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Company PetroChina International (Bermuda) Ltd. CSR is a moral responsibility to society, especially for native people that are in the vicinity of the Company's operations. Through these responsibilities, the Company is required to take into account the consequences of its presence on the local community through various social activities as a part of any business activists aimed at improving the standard of living and welfare. The Independent variables of this study is variable perceived CSR, Community Trust of CSR, and awareness of CSR. The Dependent variable is the Association of the company. The study was conducted using a survey method that is distributed to 155 respondents, namely people living in villages-villages around the area of operations of the Company. Analysis of the data calculations performed using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression with the program tools IBM SPSS Statistics Version 20. The results showed that CSR is perceived (perceived CSR) by the community does not have an influence on the association of the company, but the awareness and public trust has significantly positive effect on the association of the company. As in this study also identified that CSR is perceived (perceived CSR) affect public trust in the CSR program. And lastly, there was no difference in the perception of the company if the association in terms are respondent gender and age, but there are differences in the perception of the company if the association in terms is the level of public education.
