Abstract

Banking was one of fund resource for both individual andcorporation in order to fulfill the need of fund. In giving the credit banking willbe carefully and through deep analysis. But in giving their credit some timescredit given by the debtor not back on time. Bank DKI Jakarta Branch Office as research located of this skripsi tochoose credit problem by non litigation line.This research discuss there issues factor that made Bank DKI Jakarta choose non litigation way ini solve thecredit problem. This research used empirical approach method, where as the writer in carry out empirical approach was usedqualitative method.From research result analyze that solutionby nonlitigation was Rescheduling, Restructuring, and Reconditioning, factor thatcaused Bank DKI Jakarta Branch Office were choose creditproblem solution by non litigation line was the time, because if throughlitigation line need a long time, solution cost process through litigation need alot of money. Obtained result through non litigation line about credit lawsuitcould get maximal result, good conviction was the reason for choosing thisnon litigation line was still the debtor will in order to solve the credit.
