Abstract
This research aims to : (1) to testing and analysing traditional factors influence of regressor (geographical regional of company of personal sales force place work, gender, age, education, marriage status, big of family, experience, skill, office hours, year of service, worker status type in company, company size measure, mount advantage of company, solid company type of capital/labour intensive, sales revenue data, and also strive sale seen quantitatively and qualitative) to personal income of got by personal a real estate sales force, (2) analysing the existence of difference at personal income of laboring real estate sales force in company with different geographical location that is in Denpasar and in Jogjakarta. This research adopt research instrument from Johnson journal, Zumpano and Anderson (2005), entitling Listing Specialization and Residential Real Estate Licensee Income. Data collecting conducted by distributes quesioner and amount quesioner counted 65 quesioner tides. Technique analyse used by data is Product-Moment Pearson Correlation and Doubled Regression
