Abstract

Business grows and becomes increasingly complex and there are many factors influencing and determining the business. It is undeniable that in the appraisal of the success of a company, the financial measure is the main indicator of the company performance. Therefore, the decision making is always profit oriented (Pava and Krausz in Muafi, 2003:48). The business does not merely face the problem of profit, but also the problem of moral and ethics. It is impossible for an ethical business to result in the impact that put a loss on the business, especially from the long term perspective but a good business has to consider the moral and ethic values of the business itself The objective of the study is to investigate the difference in the perception of Magister Management students and managers and i s imJact on the business ethics. The results of the study indicate that there is a difference in the perception of the Magister Management students and the managers and its impaction the business ethics. There is a significant difference in the perception of the students and the managers. The students are likely to have an ethical perception as compared to the managers.
