Abstract
Abstract The field of construction services has an important role in the current development period. This is because construction services produce the final product in the form of physical infrastructure, which serves as a support for growth and development in various fields. In carrying out construction work, it must regulate the legal responsibility of the construction service provider to the users of construction services in the construction work. Implementation of construction services, service providers must have legal / regulatory standards that apply administratively in providing services, because they have an important role in achieving national development. The administration in question is from the auction stage to the implementation stage, including the completeness of documents in accordance with the applicable regulations. Requirements for completing documents are part of the responsibility and legal evidence of the implementation of the activity. The implementation of the contract, especially the construction of construction projects, the responsibility of the service provider or contractor is to carry out construction work in accordance with the instructions of the assignor. The contractor is responsible for carrying out work in accordance with the contract or stipulated conditions based on the results of the agreed initial negotiations.
