Abstract

Indonesia is a country where most people still tend to embrace patriarchy, this causes often problems related to freedom and protection of women. Women in Indonesia are still considered quite domestic in various ways, not least in the field of work. The author specifically writes related to the Fulfillment of Women's Workers' Rights because at this time there are already many women who become workers. Economic demands are one of the important factors why become many female workers. Open opportunities for women to have a good education, and extensive employment is a contributing factor to the existence of female workers. Along with the number of female workers, the problems related to female workers become complex. Although the existence of women should be considered equal to men but women have conditions that are certainly different from men both in terms of physical, mental, and their role in the family and society. So the fulfillment of women's workers' rights should be a concern because although it has been regulated in Law No. 13 of 2003 on Menpower & Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation work but can not be implemented thoroughly and there are still many companies that have not implemented it so that rights cannot be enjoyed by female workers
