Abstract

The development of information technology and the needs of various sectors of life, land law plays an important role in the rapid development of human life. One of the programs launched by the government is land registration which aims to provide legal certainty over land rights holders by issuing land certificates. The large number of plots of land that have not been certified has led the community to form a program called complete systematic land registration so that all plots of land throughout Indonesia are certified. The type of research carried out in this research is empirical legal research, research that focuses on social facts in society. The data taken is primary data and secondary data. The research carried out was the implementation of complete systematic registration of land ownership rights. Land registration in North Bengkulu Regency, precisely in Lubuk Sahung Village, in 2023 with a total of 15 respondents. Implementation of Land Ownership Rights Registration through Complete Systematic Land Registration in North Bengkulu Regency, especially in Lubuk Sahung Village in 2023, is in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency Number 6 of 2018 concerning Complete Land systematics.
