Abstract

This study was conducted to be able to determine and analyze the factors that influence the acceptance and use of the Korlantas Polri Digital application. This research was conducted using quantitative methods, then to collect respondents using simple random sampling. Respondent data that has been successfully collected and valid amounted to 116 people, data analysis using the SEM-PLS method using the Smart PLS version 4.1.0.4 application. The research model used is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The final results of the analysis were obtained after testing the variables, namely perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude towards using, behavioral intention to use, and actual usage. This research proposes six hypotheses and there are six accepted hypotheses. The accepted hypotheses include perceived usefulness has a positive and significant influence on the perceived ease of use of Digital Korlantas Polri. perceived usefulness has a positive and significant influence on attitude towards using Digital Korlantas Polri. perceived ease of use has a positive and significant influence on attitude toward using Digital Korlantas Polri. perceived ease of use has a positive and significant influence on behavioral intention to use Digital Korlantas Polri. attitude towards using technology has a positive and significant influence on behavioral intention to use Digital Korlantas Polri. behavioral intention to use has a positive and significant influence on actual system use Digital Korlantas Polri.
