Abstract
This research's aim is to Know Customers shopping experiences at Yipu Yipu vending machine. Vending machine is a self-Service technology has always been used by organization to increase the service efficiency and offer more benefits to customers. Vending machine has become one of the most important retail networks in providing practicality and time-efficiency for customers. This research conducted by using descriptive explorative method. The data collected by distributing 150 questionnaires and using literature review. Analyzed by descriptive study, the research findings are: 1. customers involvements are high; 2.customers' evaluations are positive , 3. customers slightly more satisfy with the service, 4. customers purposed more flavours and better purchase tool; 5. when there is a service failure, customers tend to speak to staffs nearby or call to yipu yipu and asking for compensation like refund Or free drinks.
