Abstract

Competition is increasing in the world industry, developing supply chain important for companies that produce, in order to yield to the hands of the end user. PT. Refindo Intiselaras Indonesia is a manufacturer of mining equipment in the western part of East Java. Problems be faced the company is the presence of excess stock in the warehouse and raw materials are often delayed until the factor, that interfere with the production the best quality of equipment that will be produced in client demand, particularly companies engaged in the mining field. Refindo collaborated with suppliers of raw materials in order to produce equipment that quality. That coordination and cooperation in the company supply chain, effectively and efficiently, required the design supply chain. This study designs build software that can be used to assist PT. Refindo accordance with existing business processes. The method used is the collection of data through surveys, interviews and research studies in place, which is followed by the development of Web-based software.
