Abstract

This study purpose to identify the components of SAP-LAP (situation, action, process, learning, action, and performance) and implementation SAP-LAP analysis in several divisions of the company. Researchers conducted interviews with those who have an important role in the company is director, marketing manager, quality control manager, production manager, and engineering divisions by using a generic model of SAP-LAP. The results of this study indicate that SAP-LAP analysis can not be implemented in all divisions in a company. In the case studies conducted in PT.YPTI there are 3 divisions to implement SAP-LAP analysis is the marketing division, quality control division, and engineering divisions. The use of manufacturing technology does not have a direct impact on improving the productivity of the company
